Pre-Retreat Checklist: What to Pack
Packing for one of my wellness retreats is all about comfort and practicality. In terms of clothes, be sure to bring comfortable clothing for yoga or fitness activities, hiking boots if you have them (if not you’ll want at least a good, sturdy, supportive pair of shoes), and some swimwear too. It’s probably best to stick to clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy / wet, as well (just in case).
Beyond the wardrobe, a good book or two is always a good idea to help you relax and unwind, and you might also want to bring something you can use to keep a journal of your thoughts and experiences during the retreat, so you can look back and reflect on them when you get back to the real world.
